All 3 Levels evaluates and scouts high school, college, and professional basketball players in a complex and ongoing process that requires a combination of GSBA’s expertise, experience, and careful analysis to identify the most promising athletes from high school boys basketball, men’s college basketball, and professional basketball and help them reach their full athletic potential.
Player Evaluation: Evaluate the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of a player on A3L, and provide a report that can help the player and his coaches make informed decisions about player recruitment, development and future.
Talent Identification: Scout can identify talented players who may have been overlooked by teams and coaches, and recommend them for recruitment on A3L.
Team Analysis: Scouts can analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a team, and provide recommendations for improving team performance, chemistry and success
AAU, International Comps, and Draft Analysis: Evaluate prospects and provide reports that can help the player, teams and organizations make informed decisions about summer travel teams, collegiate international competitions and NBA draft picks.
Off-court Skill Development: Provide guidance and training to players to help them develop their social skills and reach their full potential. (Speaking with recruiters, the media, agents, and front office personnel)
Game Scouting: Attend games on A3L and evaluate players' performances, providing reports that can help coaches and teams understand how to strategize and prepare for upcoming games.
